We look at the bike take the frame measurements (non adjustable points) then we get you on the turbo to ensure you are warmed up and loose.

As we assess changes through filming you riding we make adjustments (as many as it takes) we are not lead by time, your positional gains are our objective.

This rider had his 1st fit with us in August 2016. He has worked hard all winter & spring. Now with a new bike he booked back in to see how the advancement in his fitness with changes in body shape have affected his position and to see where we go next.

A few small changes were made but it mainly just continued the work that we started 10 months ago.
